Windows 10: I can't connect to my Qualcomm 6000 modem

I can't connect to operator with my qualcomm 6000 usb modem. I already updated the driver but it didn't worked.

my windows cant check update and open ms store it say no internet conection, but my modem already conect, browsing an online gaming no problem but if windows and apps can't usen conection from modem (my modem qualcomm 6000 3g and 4g modem)

 

Qualcomm and LTE modem stop connecting after windows 10 upgrade

My modems were all working well while in windows 10 but after i upgraded to the latest version they all stop connecting to the internet. Qualcomm modem will only initialize and then disconnect while the zte modem brings up an error message stating the
modem (or other connecting device) is already in used or is not configured properly. I have search online for all possible solution but they seem not to work for me. I would be grateful if you help me out. Thanks.

We understand how difficult it could be. However, we would need some more information regarding the issue.

1. Do you see network signals showing as connected in the taskbar?
   
2. May I know the model of the Vodafone modem you are using?
   

Please refer to
Mobile Broadband Software for Windows 10 for the list of modem models which support Windows 10. We would suggest you to download the software utility from the article and check if it resolves the issue.



We would also suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to check for the drivers for modem.

1. Connect the USB modem.
   
2. Open Device Manager by searching for it in search bar.
   
3. Locate and expand Universal serial bus Controllers in the list.
   
4. Check if the driver are displayed under the tree.
