Windows 10: I can't connect to the internet & im stuck on login screen

Hello, the problem I'm having today is that I can't connect to the internet on ny laptop & I'm stuck on the login screen so whenever I put it my pin it says ' cannot connect to internet choose a different login' or something like that. The only thing that pops up is a greyed out airplane mode. I've tried safe mode & safe mode with networking, resetting the laptop, etc. I need help guys, if you need any more detail ask below.

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Since you are still experiening internet connection issue, what we can suggest is for you to try and have the Internet Connections troubleshooter. Kindly try the steps below:

  Right click the
  Start
  menu and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change the
  View by: Categoryinto
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Select and click
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Click
  Internet Connections.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
  
• 
  After troubleshooting is completed, check the status of the troubleshooter shown on the window.
