Windows 10: I can't connect to the Store with my phone Lumina 640

I have already restored it to the factory, but this problem continues, it should be noted that it connects to the internet, receives calls, but cannot access the Store and download applications, what can I do? 640 from MS store on T-mobile, update to 10

Has anyone receive 10 on a 640 from T-Mobile?

Have a 640 purchased at a MS store, supposedly unlocked but boxed for T-Mobile. Of course they said when 10 came out it would be updated and the update would come from MS. Have the Upgrade Advisor and it came back that Upgrade was not avail for my phone
but to check the list, well the 640 is on the list. So after the announcement the other day I checked again, short story is that the Advisor kept saying not avail and then yesterday it stopped working. Un-installed it and re-installed but just says Pending
and won't install so I guess it's 'off line now'. So my question is does any know if the update needs to come from T-Mobile or it will come from MS as I was told. Have done the phone update thing and says I'm current. Next stop will be back to the MS store
and see what happens.

 

lumina 640 lte ss

I got the phone LUMINA 640 LTE SS today and have Problems to connect to the Internet through my home Network

I run at home a static Network not a dynamic.

is there any possibility to Change the phone to a static Connection as I cannot Change IP adresses and DNS Settings.

Is there a way

Lumina 640 XL Speech Recognition and BlueTooth Interference

I have a Bluetooth connection from my Lumina 640 to my LAN line. Whenever my mobile phone rings I can pick up from any LAN handset. I can also make calls from LAN handset through my Lumina 640 via Bluetooth. When Bluetooth from Lumina to LAN is connected,
I can not use Cortana speech. Speech is not picked up through the microphone. Once I turn off Bluetooth, then speech recognition works fine and Cortana works perfectly. Is there a way to keep Bluetooth connection between Lumina and LAN and have speech recognition
use microphone and ignore Bluetooth?
