    Are you trying to record a live video or are you trying to watch a live video? If you are trying to watch a live video but nothing is happening when you click on it, I would suggest trying to use a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

    I have noticed the problem is not just on Facebook watch, its with other videos on Facebook also.

    I did the trouble shooter as you instructed, and Facebook is not listed as a "windows store" app. Not sure what the next step would be.
