    I can't delete a file that has been downloaded by itself which might contain a virus.


    Good evening, Recently, an ad appeared and downloaded a program which might be quarantined at the moment but unfortunately I can not delete it. This specific program it must has a virus. I tried even from "CMD" to get rid of it but still nothing happens.I am afraid of doing any action and accidently open the program, that's why I am seeking for help.Once I press "Actions" it appears Restore and Remove.Should I press Remove? Thank you for your time.Regards.

    downloads met with "contained a virus---deleted"

    I think this is an older problem, but somehow I am just noticing it. Anytime I try to download, save, save as, etc something from an email, the info comes back with "...…… contained a virus and was deleted". Super frustrating especially when I know these
    are safe files!!!! Help?
