Windows 10: I can't delete the APP named Riot , the modify and Delet are gray

Discus and support I can't delete the APP named Riot , the modify and Delet are gray in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I can't delete the APP named Riot , the modify and Uninstall are gray.     I can't delete the APP named Riot , the modify and Delet are gray


    I can't delete the APP named Riot , the modify and Uninstall are gray. And i try to delete the Registry but that didn't work. I can't also find the Location of the Riot or in the Start Menue.

    Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name


    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
      x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
      NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

    Explanations for deleted posts?

    Like I said, it makes no sense in letting users see deleted posts, even if they are their own. That's why they were deleted in the first place. If they get to see who specifically deleted it, it only serves one purpose. Lets them bitch.

    Changing device names and deleting devices

    Yeah, you can't delete old/retired machines from the "my grid" page. The only option you have really is to wait a few days then change how it sorts the list:

    Oh, and Mike is correct, by changing the windows "computer name" it'll change on the "my grid" page.
