    I cant delete the email that is primary or make mine primary


    Hi, I have been hacked recently, and even though we got rid of the hacker, they still left a big mess with my microsoft account. For examble they fully deleted my microsoft account and made a new one wich I cant log into. So here is the problem: I made a new account and was trying to make it the primary account, but it does not let me delete the email from the settings page "accounts". Is there anything i can do?

    unable to make my email alias a primary - no primary link appears to the right of the alias

    There is no primary link next to my email alias to allow me to make it a primary as noted in the instructions. Any ideas? I am using Windows 10 Pro (not available to click in the drop down)

    • Under Account aliases, click/tap on the Make primary link to the right of an added email alias you want
      to be your primary alias.
    Note: The email alias at the top of the list without a Make primary link is your current primary alias.

    Primary email account deleted

    I'm not sure I remember exactly what I did. I believe I was signed in with my microsoft account and created a user and microsoft account for her. Then made her newly created email the primary and removed mine. I thought I was just removing it from her user profile on that computer.

    I did find services and subscriptions but could not get in with my old hotmail email address that got deleted. I did get in with hers and my subscription to office 2021 is there. It appears this has also screwed up my new computer. It changed my login to her microsoft id and email address. I now have to login with her microsoft ID for everything I had set up on it. I tried undoing this by adding my new email address as an alias to hers and then was going to make it primary, but it won't let me because the account is already taken.

    Primary Email Act Deleted

    My primary email account used for my microsoft was deleted. How can i change my old email address to my new one? I dont want to lose all my content
