Windows 10: I CAN'T DELETE UNALLOCATED SPACE

    I CAN'T DELETE UNALLOCATED SPACE


    hey guys i need some help on thisthis unallocated space is undeletable nor making a new volume my reasons is i tried to make my laptop a dual boot which is Ubuntu linux and after i delete the partition and that unallocated space turned into free space and what happens next is i can't delete that also because options are grey out like that and then i try the software called minitool partition etc.. i tried to wipe that partition but it just delete all my backup files and become that unallocated space please someone help me. thank youu!!

    Unallocated Space to C Drive

    Hi Travis,

    It appears that a disk partition was created but was never assigned its allocation. Assuming there are no files stored in the unallocated partition, perform these steps to combine it with your C: drive:

    • In Disk Management, right-click on (CI CAN'T DELETE UNALLOCATED SPACE :) which appears next to the
      Unallocated partition.
    • Select Extend.

    Let us know if you're able to combine the spaces after following the steps above.
