Windows 10: I can't disable Microsoft Family

I want to delete windows family entirely I am the only member but I can not do it since in settings I constantly see the imformation "Can't connetc right now to Microsoft Family service"

• Press Windows key+ X, then click on Command Prompt (Admin). If ymanually
  ou are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Yes.
  
• In the Command Prompt window, enter these commands:

schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyMonitor" /Disable

schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefresh" /Disable
