Windows 10: i cant do anything to recover my password

im sick of talking to robots, i want to talk to a real person, havent been able to access it for months and i get no help every time i try, I dont have any of the recover options anymore so i do that stupid question thing to prove its me BUT I HAD MY ACCOUNT FOR YEARS. I dont remember the skype stuff or the credit card stuff. LIKE I WAS 10 USING MY MOMS CARD so how am I supposed to know that, so every time i do it its saying that it cant prove its me and im LOCKED OUT OF IT EVERYTIME. been dealing with this for how long and im seriously not happy. every number i call its just sending me to the
