    I can't do anything with my kid's new accounts - I keep getting "Something's not working...


    Hi, I got a new PC and I am trying to add 2 new users for my kids with family safety. for one of my kids, I got to the point where he is part of the family group. However, when I try to log in to his account on the PC i get the reponse " "Something's not working It's not you, it's us.". for the second child, I can't get him into the family group because I can't accept the request as his parent, because I keep getting " "Something's not working It's not you, it's us."I tried on the family safety app, on 3 different PCs, with Chrome and with Edge, and on my mobile phone. Yesterday I started get

    Thanks for the links.

    I want to create the kids family accounts but it forces you to assign /create an email even after selecting no email . then trying to enter something that is similar to their name doesnt work either as i get errors 'part of reserved domain' even when i put total random characters.

    All i want to do is add the existing local kids accounts to the family list but it doesn't let me do that without assigning them an email? Is this correct?

    This new MS stuff sucks its just not that straightforward and they are trying to force you into email accounts when you dont want one.

    I can't do anything with my kid's new accounts - I keep getting "Something's not working...

    To disable kid account to access Microsoft store.

    I use microsoft account for parental control.

    The Microsoft store in adult account (admin) has been removed in Powershell

    Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage

    But same command does not work in kid account. Anyone can suggest how to remove window store to avoid kids download and install APP? Thanks
