Windows 10: i cant do anything

Discus and support i cant do anything in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i dont have perms to open any games or files i have tried restarting dont have perms to use any app even tho im a admin on my pc i can only install web...     i cant do anything


    i dont have perms to open any games or files i have tried restarting dont have perms to use any app even tho im a admin on my pc i can only install web browsers tf my mom bought this laptop for me from this guy he was not a ms sales man he was a ebay seller i think i cant even change most important SETTIINGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive tried every flipping method i searched i need help now oh and one rror is windws cant open this app and dont have perms to fix it i cant even download the windows 10 fixer pls help

    Cant type anything when trying to enter bitlocker recovery code: I was updating some setting in my bios and when i exit my bios my computer needed a bitlocker recovery key.
