Windows 10: I can't download an update from Windows Update or from Microsoft Store

On windows updates it looks like that : if i click download, its nothing happened. on microsoft store i can't updates all the apps. it keeps loading. even when i use windows update assistant, it keeps loading too. please help

Microsoft Windows Updates

Microsoft has released several updates for Windows Vista, as well as an update for Windows Media Player 11 in both XP and Vista. Download them bellow or through Windows Update.

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
