Windows 10: I can't download any app from Microsoft Store

Hi ı was downloading forza horizon 4 and suddenly the download resetted. Now it is downloading really slow. It will take days with this speed. And there is no problem with my internet it is working fine with other apps.

How to run apps that are downloaded from Microsoft app store on multiple PCs without downloading multiple times.

 

Can't re-download any apps from store

Just had to reset my phone (Nokia N8, Belle Refresh), went to ovi store online and all my apps are listed in the "MyStuff", but I can't download any of them as it says "Downloaded" already and the download button is greyed out.

I know there is a workaround (append "/download" to the web address) to download FREE apps via the site, but it doesn't work for the paid apps.

And I can't download from the Nokia Store app on my phone as it refuses to launch, I tried resetting phone again, still doesn't load, and tried removing it and reinstalling the store app and still it refuses to launch.

Any suggestions?

Today when I tried to download an app from Microsoft Store it said the app can't be downloaded with an error 0x800B0100.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
