Windows 10: I cant download the windows 11 iso because my IP is banned, does the IP ban ever go away?

I cant download the windows 11 iso. The specific error message i get is this"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. Banned from downloading W11 iso using Rufus

Don't know. But I found this note in the Rufus FAQ.

If you aren't trying to download an ISO from a download restricted country, this error usually occurs if you (or someone behind the same external IP as the one you use) downloaded a few too many ISOs in rapid succession, and Microsoft have banned that IP as a result. If that is the case, this should be a temporary ban that expires after something like 24 hours, so you should either wait a day or two or, if possible, get a new IP address. But, again, because it is Microsoft-controlled and IP based, there is nothing Rufus can do about it and, as a matter of fact, if you try to download an ISO from Software Download, you should find that you get the same error.
