Windows 10: I can't edit my birthday on my Microsoft account.

My Microsoft account says that I'm 4 years old, but I'm not. I have spoken with chat already and they said to post on this forum.

Deleting Birthdays in Calendar

This is still an issue. I've freed myself from the woes of Facebook by disabling my account. Unfortunately, the birthday entries are there. Attempting all of the steps within this thread are pointless as:

• there's no right clicking of the birthday event to delete it
• editing the series only shows "Save and close" but no delete
• there are no accounts associated to the calendar app to remove
• the troubleshooting app believes Windows is perfect and offers no options
• it's impossible to uninstall Mail and Calendar manually to try again

Give us some registry keys to delete to fix this.

It would be nice to use the apps Microsoft presents if they work...

 

calendar has my birthday wrong

We understand the problem and will try to assist you with this issue. Please confirm me:

• Is there any particular calendar application your using ?

• Are you using outlook.com calendar?

If you are referring to the Windows 10 default calendar then you may have to edit the profile. If you logged in using your Microsoft account and your birthday is showing up wrong, the I would suggest you to login to your profile page and then edit your birthday.

Please log into account. Live.com and under personal information, change your birthday. You may have to go through some additional verification steps to change the settings. This is a new additional security feature of Outlook.com.

If you are using Outlook.com calendar then follow the steps from the article you have provided.

Birthdays are not getting reflected in the Calendar

Follow these steps to rectify this issue:

• From action menu, select collapse and turn off Quiet hours.
• Log-in to people.live.com and edit the calendar birthdays.
