Windows 10: I can't enable microsoft defender

Hi,I am having trouble enabling Microsoft Defender after reinstalling Windows 11.. It says that this page is not avaivable and my system administrator restricted to to some areas of this app. I connected two accounts to Windows: my personal account which has a license as the main account, and my university account. I tried to view the group policy, but everything was in default.Help me with that

Step 1: Enable Windows defender from control panel

• Press Windows + X, Click on control panel.
• On right top corner click on View and then choose large items.
• Now from the list click on Windows Defender and try to enable it.

If not try to enable it from services.

Step 2: Enable Windows defender from services.msc.

• Press Windows + R, to open run prompt.
• Type services.msc and press enter to open services list.
• Under services look from Windows defender service and start the service.

Yeah. Same thing. Definitions to stay up to date on threats of course, but thats really just a list of tricks and signatures.

You don't have to be. You just have to be smart enough to break their shit. You can take it apart and reverse engineer it and marvel later (I was impressed by a clients just recently). It's not hard to be up to date enough to keep malware a.) mostly off your machine in the first place and b.) limit it's damage when it does appear to your machine via network and best practices.

Some may call my approach inconvienient, but it DOES work.
