Windows 10: i cant enable phone link due to organization even though i am the owner of the pc

hello!i am having some trouble today because my device says it's under an organization even though I am the full owner of my device and now I can't enable phone link because of the organization. i have full access to the rest of my pc execpt these settings for some reason. i have no work or school account added nor have a added and provisioning packages onto my deviceany help is useful thanks

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

oh OK then effective for what precisely? Also, is there any reg tweak for excluding this PC to phone linking step from the OOBE screen?

 

How can I disable the "Link your Phone and PC" notification in Windows 10?

The new "Continue on PC" feature that came with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also includes a notification that pops up saying "Link your Phone and PC". Answering no or clearing the notification gets rid of it, but after some amount of time and/or a reboot, it continuously comes back.

Presumably, if you actually install the app to link your phone it will stop giving you the notification, and I am also aware that you can completely disable suggestion notifications; however, I do not wish to use the phone link feature and I would prefer not to disable all future suggestions, as I could possibly be interested in one of them. Is there a way to specifically disable a single specific suggestion notification?
