Windows 10: I can't factory reset my Laptop windows 11

Hi, I'm currently having a problem that I cannot reset windows 11 to factory settings, I wanna delete all files and apps but for some reason when I do the reset process takes me to the UEFI blue screen and doesn't show the rest of the instructions, I did everything I could, from doing a restore point to try bcd commands in CMD, nothing worked and I realized that windows doesn't recognize c: where windows it's installed but the BIOS does.My laptop is an Asus TUF F15 from 2022 and the BIOS type it's UEFI if that helps with something. Hi, I recently received a Lenovo T470s laptop. It has a i5-7300U processor but Windows 11 installed on it. From my understanding Windows 11 is not supported on this processor.

If I do a factory reset what will happen and will it brick my laptop?

 

Windows 11 laptop won't boot up after factory reset

I completed a total wipe using factory reset on my windows 11 Lenovo ideapad 330 laptop and it will not reboot. It goes to the screen as shown in the attached pic, stays on that screen for approx. 30 seconds and then the screen goes blank for approx. 20 seconds and the Lenovo screen appears again. It keeps on doing this over and over now for approx. 12 hours. What can I do? I following the steps exactly to perform the factory reset. Thanks.
