    yesterday my brother gave me his old laptop and after downloading a few stuff i realised he used most the storage so i removed his account hoping to free up the storage but that didn't do it so then i went and tried to uninstall everything individually but i couldn't uninstall anything other than gta v and a few game launchers and everything else wouldn't uninstall soi asked my brother and he recommended factory resetting so i tried to factory reset it but my sister wanted to use it so it technically had not fully began so i let her use it for about an hour then i came back and redid the facto
