Windows 10: I can't find Bluetooth driver on my Dell laptop model cost to 3500 when i open device manager

Hi, i am using Dell vostro 3500 I can't see the Bluetooth driver when i open device manager and the Bluetooth is not working. Please I need help.

Deleted all of Bluetooth in Device Manager

Those should have been the drivers for the model you listed.
Open device manager and see if they are there.
As for turning on go to the notifications box (Far right on the task bar) click on the bluetooth symbol.



If not there, right click choose edit and add it

This might be a good shortcut
Dell Broadcom BCM2045
- This confirms that it is a BT device

It's a very old driver [a Vista one] that probably pre-dates your computer.

Broadcom's info page is at BCM2045

I suggest that you search
- Dell
- Broadcom
- MS update catalog - this search shows 4 drivers from 2007 [the Windows 10 one from 2015 is for a different model***]
for a more up to date driver for it.

*** But click on its Title [in blue cos it's a link] and then select the Package details tab in the dialog that opens to see if the listed HardwareIDs bear any relation to your HardwareID.

2. Type in "device manager"
3. Select Device Manager to open it
4. Click down arrow to left of "Mice and other..." to expand
5. Right click Dell Touchpad
6. Disable device
7. Yes
