Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

hi bro thanks for ur reply. when turned on bit locker on my drive i saved it on my usb not on my Microsoft account. but i accidentally formatted my usb and also cleared tpm 2.0 from bios.

will i be still able to find my recovery key on microsft account??
