Windows 10: I cant find my product key for windows 11.

I bought windows 11 in store and set it up on my computer. Since then i had a hardware change and i cant reactivate my windows. I dont have the box anymore with the product key, just the USB. When i troubleshoot i get error code 0xC004F012. I have no email from windows with a product key. Just a welcome to windows email. And nothing on my microsoft account says i have or had windows 11. What do i do? Will i have to buy windows all over again?

I suggest you to Uninstall the license using the following steps.

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (Admin)
• At the command prompt, type: slmgr.vbs -upk
• Press Enter, this will uninstall the product key from the computer.

Further on, install Windows 8.1 activate the copy with the product key on the new machine. Then again upgrade the same to Windows 10 using Window Update or Media Creation Tool.
