Windows 10: I cant find my secure boot option in bios ! It is not showing

I recently installed windows 11 and my secure boot option is not showing in bios mode. I was using legacy mode but I converted legacy into uefi sp than i can enable secure boot but after converting to UEFI i still not able to find secure boot option . On system information it is showing bios mode - UEFI and Secure boot - offWhat to do ?

There is no option to boot from dvd in the boot menu BIOS

In BIOS, disable the Secure Boot setting, then the option to boot from a DVD or USB should appear in BIOS on the Boot Priority List.

 

Disable secure boot when field is greyed out in bios

I want to disable secure boot so I can try to boot the laptop from a usb instead.

I found this, which was not helpful due to the field being greyed out in the bios and not adjustable.

In order to disable the secure boot option please follow the options as given below.

1. Open the PC BIOS menu. You can often access this menu by pressing a key during the boot up sequence, such as F1, F2, F12, or Esc.
   

Or, from Windows, hold the Shift key while selecting Restart. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options: UEFI Firmware Settings.

1. Find the Secure Boot setting, and if possible, set it to Disabled. This option is usually in either the Security tab, the Boot tab, or the Authentication tab.
   
2. Save changes and exit. The PC reboots.
   

Note: IF you make any incorrect changes in BIOS, this may lead to serious problem on your computer so before making any changes to the BIOS, I would suggest you to contact the Computer Manufacturers.

Secure Boot Option Greyed out in Surface 3 BIOS

I am trying to Dual Boot/Install Parrot OS on my Surface and i need to disable secure boot.

This is the issue in step form:

1: I access the bios password screen and Press "ENTER" (Without entering a Password) and access the BIOS interface. (Note. NOT the UEFI)

2: I go to select Secure Boot, but i can only access Device Information as all other options are unavailable.

I do not know how to enable the BIOS Options and have searched endlessly to no avail.
