Windows 10: i cant fix ''enforced policy allows only administrators to sign in safe mode''

when i try to log in from safe-mode [advanced troubleshoot settings from pc re-start], it says how to fix enforced policy allows only administartors to sign in safe mode. HOW DO I FIX THIS??

how do i get out of safe mode on windows 10 ,when restarting doesn't work

This did not work for me.

My screen says "Enforced policy allows only administrator to sign-in in safe mode". No other icons to choose but "OK" and it always go back to the same screen when I click OK.

I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.

 

I’m stuck on the sign-in screen, and can’t add any pins or use our old ones.

I’m still trying all of the methods, but when I enter safe mode and attempt to add a new PIN, it says “Enforced policy allows only administrators to sign-in in Safe Mode.” I’m going to try the other method now, thank you.
