Windows 10: I can't get code by SMS massge for my number “Number redacted”.

Cannot Send SMS to particular numbers

No i had no problem with called id, it displays the name irespective of having the country code or without country code. Works without any issues for calls as well as for sms

One small observation.... there are few numbers in my contact list with country code to whom i can send or reveive SMS

will update any other observations

E72: How to add international code suffix to contact number for SMS?

Like when i want to sms someone in my phonebook who is in another country at the moment i need to add a "+international code" in front of their number right? So how do i add that after i select their contact from e phonebook to the sms? I mean i don't want
to manually type the suffix together with the contact number because that's troublesome and when i want to sms a few people it's gets tedious memorising their numbers 1 by 1. Any suggestions?

 

Adding more mobile numbers & having a different SMS number

Hi..i just upgraded to win 6.5. Am still encountering the same basic phone issues as in 6.1

1) How do i add additional mobile numbers to the same contact person?

2) Presently the mobile number automatically also becomes the SMS number. How can i edit only the SMS number. This is essential as a "+ country code" is sometimes required to the SMS number. Or if a budget or country code is added to the mobiel number,
this renders the SMS number useless.

Hope there is a solution to this. Currently the only solution seem to be the ancient method of adding a number to the contact name then having different numbers which does make this an unsmart phone.
