Windows 10: i can't get into my computer

    i can't get into my computer


    i can't sign into my computer because whenever i was trying to sign in it got stuck on the welcome screen and a guide i watched said clear the tpm and reset/restart the pc so i did and now it says i can't type in a pin because of a change to the security settings on the device and when i click on set up my pin it says the user profile service failed the sign-in user profile cannot be loaded. i tried a factory reset and that does not work. i can't even boot in safe mode because i can't enter a pin anymore and when i do boot in safe mode it tells me to restart the pc to try and solve the probl
