Windows 10: I can’t get into my computer

Discus and support I can’t get into my computer in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I turn on my computer and it gets to the Lock Screen, it won’t let me enter my pin and it says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available....     I can’t get into my computer


    When I turn on my computer and it gets to the Lock Screen, it won’t let me enter my pin and it says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.” When I click, nothing happens and the only option is to enter my password and when I do that it is wrong. I just signed in on this account that I’m using now with my password so I know it but it says it’s wrong. Also when I try to click “ I forgot my password” the screen goes black and then comes back on and nothing else happens. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
