    I can't get into my computer when I turn it on it once a pin number says the pin number is not correct password not correct it wants to text it to an old phone number and then I cannot get into my Microsoft account It also says that I have an outlook Darcy *** Email address is removed for privacy *** recover anything in this account the Microsoft account has been since 2017 I do not know any of that information is there a person that I can talk to or a number that I can call that actually talks to a person
