I cant reset the PIN. When I click yes to reset it says you need to install an app. Because I'm not logged in I can't get to the app store. My laptop is in S mode and I would like to keep it that way if possible.

When I open my laptop and try to log in it says something happened and your pin isn't available

I tried restarting and turning off my laptop

It started happening after I tried to reset my laptop because it was bluescreening and when I tried to reset it it didn't work and then the pin issue started happening and I cannot log into my laptop

i have started my laptop and it says something happened and your pin isn't available and i clicked set up my pin and nothing happened. i pressed shift and restart i selected troubleshoot advanced options then startup repair. then i pressed my account and the password of my outlook i think and i entered all my passwords (outlook sign in, etc) and all of them didnt work. what can i do?
