Windows 10: I can't get into the computer

    I can't get into the computer


    I can't get into my computer, when you start it up the login image with time and date appears, but when you click / hit Enter it becomes blurry and then does not switch to login screen like, but Instead, it remains blurry, only to revert to the display with the date and time.
