Windows 10: I can't get my bitlocker recovery key

HiI recently had a BIOS update on my laptop and now getting bitlocker recovery screen. when I try to retrieve this via aka.ms/myrecoverykey, I get TraceID: sq7lB95m3EeKgdEA.24.79 error message please see image belowI had previously retrieve my bitloacker recovery key when this happened in the past, but for some reason, I keep getting this error message for the pasy 3 days now.Could someone please assist as I need to get in my laptopMany thanks

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
