Windows 10: I can't get my gift card.

I've used my points to redeem a robux gift card, I've waited 24 hours and I still don't have response from you guys about the gift card.

Using a Microsoft gift card for purchases

Thanks for your response.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

I suggest you contact the place of purchase if they had a gift card offer. They should be able to assist with that.
