Windows 10: I can’t get my login id to work when I try to start win 11 It was okay yesterday on 4-07-2025

I am have problems login back onto my computer. It won’t accept my password, saying can’t vaifiy my credentials * Changed to a question

Start Button Stopped Working

Yesterday the start button stopped responding. Cortana works okay and right clicking the start button opens a long list beginning with Programs and Features through Desktop. I restored from a point yesterday before experiencing the problem. Did not help.
Any suggestions?

 

Started yesterday, April 1, ????. Cannot login to my hotmail account. No problem using Edge, but IE ver 11 will not work.
