Windows 10: I can't get out of S mode

Hi, how are you? I recently bought a laptop in the US and gave it to a "technician" in order to configure windows defender to be more secure and that.Whether I wanted my laptop to be as good as possible. However, since it was in S mode and in English due to its country of origin, the technician said that the changes were not saved and uninstalled the windows that came by default on the laptop and installed the Pro version of Windows 10 in Spanish If I remember correctly, it was installed on the laptop Windows 10 Home in S mode, however the laptop is still in S mode and I cannot change it, in Microsoft Store it does not give me the option to "get" that should appear to exit thismode. I have already tried to ask for help in the Spanish speaking community, however I have not been able to solve the problem, maybe you can help me.Here is the link to the other question: No puedo salir del Modo S!!! - Microsoft Community

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
