Windows 10: I can't get out of the insider program, dev mode.

I have done all of the instructions that are given, but it still doesn't do anything, and still puts me in dev mode. First of all, i never chose this program in the first place. I only found out about this after some apps wouldn't download because of this. I have tried reseting windows and rebooting it, but it still won't leave. Pls help me, and tell me what to do.

4. Select This PC.
5. Click Temporary files.

7. Click Remove files.

Getting out of the Insider Program

I never completed the insider program step. I would like to get out of it without having to complete it without having to proceed and then having to reinstall Windows 10.

Any suggestions?
