Windows 10: I can’t get pass the bitlocker recovery screen

I can’t get pass the bitlocker recovery screen and been stuck on it for awhile now. I’ve done everything there is and i even known my recovery key. Even entering the key I can’t leave the screen. I’ve done countless tutorials on trying to get pass it and none of them worked.Before all of this I was going through my files and I accidentally got myself here.

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key

BitLocker recovery key not working

Yes, key ID, device name indicated on the blue screen are matching with Key ID from the account, but recovery key listed there does not work. After passing diagnosis there is a message that pc was not properly restarted and it is going back to bitlocker blue screen recovery page.

 

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
