Windows 10: I can't get past the basic section when trying to install windows

I've sent my computer for a technician to have it checked out, all the core components worked fine before the Re installation, now when I enter the setup phase picking region and language it keeps rebooting for no apparent reason, this has happend to me for the past 3 months, and the computer technician didn't help me at all and did me a favor of scamming me, my windows machine was installed with windows 10 pro and it turned into windows 10 enterprise for no reason

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Basic install software lists

So i was curious for all the windows xp users and even vista users, after the inital install, drivers, windows updates, games, and the like. What are the must common programs you install, such as virus scan, spyware, and instant messaging. I gues i'm trying to get a decent list of what is essential and what's not

here is what i'm runnning

1.Spybot Search and destroy 1.5
2.Lavasoft Adaware
3.Nod32 v.2.50
4.Aim 5.9
6.Mozilla Firefox(latest v. with adblock, fasterfox, downthemall)
7.Thunderbird(latest)
8.cleartype tuner, alt tab tool from windows powertoys

Those are the basics if there are essentials that i should be installing, not benchmark software or anything like that just the basic everyday software to have. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
