Windows 11.When I get to the ‘Hello’ screen, where you enter your PIN it says “Something has happened and your PIN isn’t available”. Clicking to reset it has no effect and there is no other option. I’m stuck. .Help, please

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
