Windows 10: i cant get rid of black screen i have tried all methods and i got a message win32u.dll...

Hi, i have been facing a major issue in my windows 10. The display remains black after login so i have tried all the ways from scratch i have done chkdsk c: sfc /scannow and i have tried all advanced options and I cant even open windows in safe mode actually I can not access my pc its out of my hand and while running explorer.exe I got a message The program can't start because win32u.dll is missing from your computer. I don't know how to insert that file, I don't know how to reinstall my windows without losing my datas using upgrade option and tired of. please help me to get rid of these
