I cant get the help I need every place I go to microsoft wont let me has blocked me from getting help from computer and phone. I need help

You could block each number through the history list but unfortunately no place could be found for unlocking

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Go back to the call +SMS filter inside the
Settings section.

2. Tap the
blocked numbers button.

3. Select the number you want to remove from the list, and tap
Unblock.

In Windows 10 does Microsoft Family block adult content in Chrome?

Step 1: I suggest you to re-configure those settings as you have performed previously and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to uninstall the browser from Programs and features, reinstall it from the website and try to reconfigure it.

You can also uninstall a program from the Control Panel:

  Press Windows + x key to open a task list from the bottom left corner of the screen.

  Select Programs and Features.

  Right click on Google Chrome
  and select uninstall and follow the onscreen instructions.
