Windows 10: I can't get to a support person, what to do next?

I've tried everything to get a human on the phone to help me, I've purchased Windows 10 Pro via the store and it said I would receive the Product Key in my email but all I've received is a receipt email. The device did register, but then I changed the CPU and motherboard to upgrade and now I can't get a person on the phone. Have been on hold now for more than an hour on the second occasion.The one time I got someone on the phone I had to hang up because their English was incomprehensible and he wouldn't transfer me to anyone, but I literally could not understand a word of his English. That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
