Windows 10: I can't hear audio while on call Zoom, Discord, Whatsapp - Nitro 5

Hello everyone, I'm a bit frustrated. I acquired the Acer Nitro 5 and I'm using it for the first time today. However, today I discovered that when using Zoom or any other communication program like Skype, Discord, WhatsApp, I can't hear music from other sources browsers, Spotify. I can manage it if I switch the outputs. That means putting one output on Zoom and another output on the browser. However, that's not what I want. I want both to come out through the same output, which is my headphone. In other words, I want to hear the Zoom call while listening to music elsewhere.I can do this pe

Realtek Audio Console on Acer Nitro 5

Hello all. I recently noticed that my Acer Nitro 5 was no longer detecting any headset devices and I am unable to get any input via the mic (and have also borrowed other headsets from the original one I had, all of which have the single 3.5mm jack which
works with the Acer Nitro 5's single audio input). I am also only getting this when I pull up the Realtek Audio Console:



What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.



However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the
Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Can not hear anything from zoom audio

Hi Team

I'm using remax bluetooth RB-680 HB headphones. Other music is working fine. However when i use zoom i can't hear anything.

Have checked the zoom audio setting, correct device is selected.

Please assist if anyone has any ideas.
