I cant install 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5030310 my error message is 0x800F0831 i tried using troubleshooting and dism commands but when i used that it said source missing please help

I keep getting this while trying to download the update:

Is this a known issue?

Why does Windows update 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) fail to install when it's not for my co-workers? All other updates are downloaded and installed with no problem. I believe this is the Pre-CoPilot update that I have been waiting for. Install error Install error - 0x80070002.

I'm getting the Install Error 0x8007002 when I try to install 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310). I ran sfc/scannow in the cmd admin and it appears to have fixed some curruped files, but I still have the same issue can anyone help?
