Windows 10: I cant install 2024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 version 22H2 for x64-based systems...

I bought my girlfriend a VGKE 15.6 Laptop it has a Intel Celeron Quad-Core J4125 Processor a 12GB DDR4 RAM 256GB SSD. it keeps giving the Install error 0x800f0991 we have tried following all the thing we can find on youtube and on the mucrosoft help section and still wont work.

Cumulative updates for Windows - May 2024

We have multiple Windows 10 22H2 workstations that do not detect 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037768). If you run the Windows update list in powershell or click "Check for updates" we see the following:

KB5037771 134GB Windows 11, version 23H2

The KB listed appears to be related to the 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11. Why is this appearing on a Windows 10 machine and why won't the Windows 10 machine detect 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037768)? We have attempted the Windows Update reset script on affected already without resolution to this issue.

 

2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212) wont install

that worked but, 2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039302) will not install even after the method you have given me. What do i do?
