Windows 10: I can't install any apps and the error code is 0x80070422.

I've tried multiple guides on how to fix it including changing things in settings, running cmds, etc. One odd thing is that when I search for it in the Apps & Features, I don't see it. I don't know how to fix this and it's really frustrating.

Error 0x80070422 on installing app from the Windows Store

  I only use my Microsoft user account

  I also received this particular error code 0x80070422 for downloading this another app (Viber for desktop)

  I checked my PC settings and it says my Windows Firewall state is on.
  
  
  
  Well, I had a horrible experience before with the troubleshooter app, probably because the Yahoo toolbar I had installed long ago was corrupted, and I was forced to uninstall it, and did a couple of more changes before it was normalized.
  So I wouldn’t want to involve myself with tweaking that troubleshooter app again, but only as a last resort.
  
  I’m not desperate anyway. For now.
