Windows 10: I cant install apks

So i was cleaning my pc because it was full, and deleted windows installer. i haVE downloaded a game which requires .netframework 3.5 and when i open the setup it asks for hdd permision. ok i say yes. then nothing happens. i tried opening icoud bc my iphone and it didnt open. i tried to download the windows installer but i dont know what version

Downloading and installing Apks from Microsoft Store

I have 14905 Preview installed just upgrade from 14901 preview I am not able to download apks from the Store this started the other day when last pass was available to run on Microsoft Edge.

Funny part it does look like apks that was installed have been updated.

it looks like the apks are downloading of but not installing.

I have tried resetting the store, setting up a different account and some of the other suggested things but no results.

I WANTED TO KNOW, CAN I INSTALL APK FILES IN MY WINDOWS 10 BUILT 10.0.10586.494 LUMIA 640 XL AND ALSO IN MY LUMIA 535. IF YES THEN HOW?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
