Windows 10: i cant install Forza it wont download

My Forza is still on my pc but xbox says that it's not installed but when i want to install it i can't and i can't delete the game its like my pc says that i don't have the game that it's not on my pc when i go to the Microsoft Store it's says i need to buy the game again .

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

You can download and play the game as soon as it's released in your region. Can you confirm the date for this?.

If not the case I suggest to do the follin step from the page.

Forza wont install

I have a Lenovo erazer gaming pc with an AMD FX 770K Quad-Core Processor @3.5GHz Overclocked to 3.7GHz, 16GB of ram installed, and an AMD Radeon R9 360 GPU. When I go to the windows store and try to install Forza Horizon 3 Demo, the box to get it is greyed
out and I cant get it. My setup should easily meet the minimum requirements to run the game or at least install the game. I can install other apps fine but forza horizon 3 and even motorsport 6 apex wont give me the option to install.
