Windows 10: I can't install KB5015807 for Windows 10 21H2 x64

I've been trying to install update and windows is failing to do so everytime. Everyother update had no problem installing only KB5015807 is acting out. I've tried doing things that were presented in here:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-update-kb5015807-fails-to-install-on-one/d952c095-c3b7-430f-897e-8ca1379c9eb3but nothing works. I also downloaded msu file from windows archive and yet i still cannot install this update. At the moment im thinking like my windows isn't compatibile whit its own update. I checked if windows files are intact and not corrupted by any me

Windows Update KB5015807 Fails to Install on one Windows 10 Desktop

I am having an issue with one desktop that fails to install KB5015807 on WIndows 10. I have done the following to try and correct the issue but it still fails.

1. Ran SFC and DISM

2. Stopped all windows update services, deleted the Update download folder

3. Tried to manually install using files from Microsoft Update Catalog

4. Ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter

5. Deleted Temp Files

I've wasted hours trying to resolve this to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Package KB5015807 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x800f0922. Event ID 3

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0922: 2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5015807).

Quick and painless updated. But WHAT did it fixed for 21H2?

The 2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5015807) isn't downloading, There's this error 0x80070570).

The Dism RestoreHealth command-line repairs the component store (WinSxS directory). The Sfc /scannow command restores missing or corrupt Windows system files. Sfc.exe relies on WinSxS component store files. Ref: Repair Windows System Files Using DISM and SFC.

So, I'd run DISM first and then follow it up with SFC.

And, you may try downloading the MSU package directly from Microsoft Catalog and installing it.
