Windows 10: I can't install Messenger and tiktok from the store

So other apps worked fine and are able to be installed ,like whatsapp in example , but when it comes to messenger and tiktok I got this code error : 0x80073CF3 and the install fail , I'm runing a windows 11 23h2

Micrsoft App Store Installed Tiktok without consent

Today I was using my laptop when I suddenly got the notification on the sidebar that the Tiktok App from the microsoft store had been successfully installed. This is highly concerning to me as I have never used the tiktok app, have not opened the store in this session and have most definetly never consented to downloading or installing this app.
